Audit 1: Concept Of Operations

The Concept of Operations is a document which explicitly states the objectives of the team for the project. It also includes an outline of the costs, risks and resources associated with the project and an outline of the project team's structure and governance mechanisms.

Audit 2: Systems Artefacts

30/8/2021

This audit will examine the progress of the project team towards delivering their project goals. The team will deliver basic systems engineering artefacts including requirements analysis, functional analysis and systems architecture as well as any technical artefacts relevant to the project.

Audit 3: Final Presentation & Handover

11/10/2021

This audit will be the teams deadline to deliver our final project outcomes. These outcomes will be reviewed explicitly against the goals set out in the Audit 1 Concept of Operations. The team will also deliver any handover documentation required for future project teams.

Showcase Poster

11/10/2021

This poster will be used by the project team to present their work to clients, teaching staff and other teams at the project showcase. The poster will contain all key information relevant to the team's contribution to the project and be supported by relevant props.

KetoWhistle Prototype

18/10/2021

This prototype will include all items fabricated by the project team to form the KetoWhistle. This may consist of a fully functional KetoWhistle prototype depending on the goals set out in the Concept of Operations.
