Our Management Philosophy
Consistent collaboration to promote timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
As a small project team it is our belief that all members should contribute across all aspects of the project. To promote this, each team member has been allocated a portfolio that matches their primary skillset. Portfolio leads will then create and assign tasks to themselves and other team members in order to keep each aspect of the project on timeline. This allows team members to assist each other as different aspects of the project require attention whilst maintaining accountability.
Meet The Team
Alex Ambrosi
Mechanical & Fabrication Lead
I'm a fourth year engineering student studying a double major of Mechanical and Material Systems with Electrical and Communications systems. I have strong systems engineering experience along with mechanical system design and manufacture with electrical system integration. I've previously spent three years the ANU Solar Racing team and spent two of those years running the technical side of the project. I'm looking forward to working with a smaller team whilst still applying similar concepts of system integration and mechanical design.
Kurt Johnstone
Electronics Lead
I'm a fourth year engineering student in a double major of electronic and communication systems and mechatronics systems. I've performed within systems engineering teams over the last 3 years within different specialties from deployable solar power solutions for rural Australian communities to liquid propulsion rockets. I'm keen to continue this work within a new team to develop a product that can help people in need.
Oliver Pulsford
Software Lead
I'm currently studying in my fourth year of an Engineering/Computer Science double degree majoring in Electronic and Communication Systems. I have a strong interest in embedded systems and software development as well as industry experience across several similar systems projects. The KetoWhistle project is very exciting for me as it has so many elements across different disciplines. I am really looking forward to working in such a focused team to deliver meaningful outcomes to our client.
